How Do I Book?
After fifteen years of providing pastors rest, we have become somewhat popular. By that I mean we host over 100 pastors a year, and we turn away over 1,000 pastors a year. As such we have become so inundated with requests that we need to refine our booking process.
Here is how this is going to work for the next while.
- We will not be taking any booking requests until we get better processes in place that will be clearer for you and easier for us. This will include an update to our website, our welcome packets, an application process, and a refining of who we will primarily serve. We do not currently have a timeline on when this will all be accomplished (all of our staff are volunteers).
- The best way to keep up to date is to sign up for our emails on the website.
- Just in case you are wondering, we have no availability at our Colorado home through April 2025.

Who is En Gedi for?
En Gedi Retreat is available to full time pastors and missionaries who need time alone with God, families and children are welcome.
What is "Open Use"?
At En Gedi Retreat,
"we provide the place and He provides the God."
There are no programs, schedules, counseling, or agendas. We trust that you know best how to spend your time with God, whether alone, just your spouse, or your whole family. Sleeping, hiking, skiing, watching movies, studying, mission planning, or just sitting and talking to God all sound like good ideas to us!

Is it really free?
Yes!
En Gedi is available at no cost to those who use it. We raise finances in order to support the building process and upkeep so no pastor or missionary will be able to use the "I don't have enough money" excuse to not go on a vacation.
